We’re hiring: Finance and Administration Manager
The Bright Brewery Group is on the hunt for a high-performing Finance & Administration Manager to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and oversee administration and HR systems. This role is based at our Head Office in Bright, VIC and offers a genuine work-life balance in a stunning alpine location.
The Role
In this full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday, 38 hours/week), you’ll lead the Finance & Admin team, playing a critical role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting our people and systems with integrity and efficiency.

KEY TASKS
Oversee accounting and finance operations
Lead compliance and performance reporting
Manage HR systems and processes
Supervise and support the administration team
YOU HAVE
Leadership experience in a finance role, ideally in a commercial environment
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Knowledge of accounting systems and compliance frameworks, including enterprise systems
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
