Head chef Jarrod Smith joined the Bright Brewery team in 2022 to lead our incredible team of chefs. A Bright local who has worked for some of Australia’s most renowned chefs and restaurants over the years, Jarrod has brought a true taste of modern Australian cuisine back to his hometown of Bright.
With experience in George Colombaris’s iconic Hellenic Republic and, most recently, Lake Moodemere Estate in North East Vic, Jarrod has relished returning to his roots and leading a team of the region’s best up-and-coming chefs.
Our former Head Chef and Executive Chef Alan Davison now leads our entire venue as the Venue Manager. Bringing a unique perspective to the role from his many years in the kitchen, Al has been a familiar face around the brewery since joining us in 2018.
