HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? 

  • Free pickup at Bright Brewery (next business day, after 5pm) for locals.
  • VIC: $9.95 Flat Rate per box. CURRENTLY FREE DURING LOCKDOWN (over $80)
  • NSW/ACT: $14.95 Flat Rate per box. CURRENTLY FREE DURING LOCKDOWN (over $80)
  • QLD/SA/TAS: $19.95 Flat Rate per box
  • WA/NT: At cost price via Australia Post or Aramex (Fastway)

A ‘box’ = a full case of beer, a Mixed Beer Pack, up to 6 x 4-packs or up to 4 x 6-packs.

I AM LOCAL TO BRIGHT & SURROUNDS – WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
If you selected ‘LOCAL PICKUP’ at Checkout, your order will be available for collection from the Bar on the next business day (Monday to Friday) after 5pm.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED FROM?
All orders are shipped from Bright Brewery in Bright, Vic (3741).

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your order will be shipped by either Australia Post or Aramex (formerly Fastway).

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We will ship your orders as quickly as possible but can not control delivery timeframes from our delivery partners. Please visit their websites for up-to-date delivery timeframes.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
1. Please check your tracking information via either Australia Post or Fastway.
2. If you believe a reasonable amount of time has passed during which you should have received your order, please lodge an enquiry with the shipping provider.
3. If you are unable to get a response from the shipping provider, or need help, please contact us at onlinesales@brightbrewery.com.au
