We’re hiring: Finance and Administration Manager
Bright Brewery is on the hunt for an experienced Finance and Administration Manager to join our ever-growing and vibrant team.
The Role
The Finance & Administration Manager is responsible for leading the Business Services team. Overseeing financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, preparation of statutory returns, annual reconciliations and preparation of financial documents for accountants.
The role is also responsible for oversight of business HR systems, insurances, payroll and debtor/creditor management and processing.
This includes ensuring effective information flow throughout the business, compliance to business processes and ongoing improvement of the administration systems.
This role is a full-time position based in Bright, Victoria
Monday – Friday (38 hours per week between 9am-5pm)

YOU HAVE
Experience in a lead or senior financial management role
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
High level of confidentiality
In depth knowledge of accounting systems and business compliance obligations
Strong written and numeracy skills
Strong communication skills
Strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
