Our annual dark beer festival, Darker Days, fell victim to Victoria’s COVID-19 lockdown 36 hours before kick-off.  The festival was due to kick-off with a dark & decadent, 4-course Darker Dinner with beers matched by our festival partners Molly Rose Brewing & Mr Banks Brewing Co.

The Darker Dinner Beer Pack will brighten up lockdown with a selection of dark beers from our festival partners, plus recipe cards created by our Head Chef Alan Davison to give you all the tools to create your own Dark & Decadent 4-Course Meal with Matched Beers at home.

• 2 x Bright Brewery Black Diamond Black IPA (355ml)
• 2 x Molly Rose Kuro Dark Lager (375ml)
• 2 x Mr Banks Toasted Imperial Coconut Porter (500ml)
• 2 x Bright Brewery Hellfire Amber Ale (355ml)
• 4 x Recipe Cards

If you’re not up to creating a four-course meal, fear not. The Recipe Cards will also include a variety of smaller, easier food options to pair with your beers. Or throw the cards in the recycling bin and just enjoy the beers!
