Compost Cookie Stout was inspired by the infamous (and uniquely American!) Garbage Cookies of our head brewer Reid Stratton’s childhood. In true US-style, these cookies are completely over the top – incorporating literally anything sweet or salty you can find in your kitchen!
Bright Brewery’s Compost Cookie Stout is a mouth-wateringly decadent and delectable dessert in a can. In true GABS fashion, we’re pushing the boundary of what constitutes beer and we’re throwing in everything but the kitchen sink! Think chocolate, butterscotch, marshmallow, pretzels, potato chips, oats, coconut, coffee, walnuts, vanilla, cinnamon, sultanas – and a handful of Hundreds and Thousands, as well! This is not a beer for the faint-hearted – or for the vegans!

Brewer’s notes: Thick, sweet imperial stout with lots of goodies added to it. Predominant flavours are chocolate, vanilla, and coconut with a sweet finish.
