Capture the best vistas of beautiful Bright during Spring
Join Bright’s top local Instagrammers and amateur photographers as they host a gathering for photographers and Instagram fans of all levels to discover the best Spring photo spots in some of Australia’s most breathtaking country.
Mother nature is once again turning it on, with blossoms, fresh green growth and lovely spring weather across Victoria’s High Country. For this single day Instameet on Saturday 4 November, as part of the Bright Spring Festival, we’ll take you to a secret sunrise spot, host a workshop on taking photos of fireworks and finish with sunset and a special fireworks display. This is a free, self drive event but please register so we can accommodate everyone interested.
Spend time capturing scenes in amazing locations known to locals, including a session on firework photos during the Bright Spring Festival Grand Fireworks Spectacular.
Bright Spring Instameet 2017 schedule:
- 5.30am: Secret Sunrise location. Meet at the clock-tower in central Bright for directions to our Spring sunrise location.
- 5:00pm: Photos and fireworks workshop. Meet at Bright Brewery for a drink and early dinner and enjoy a workshop lead by Brendan from @brightmystic as he shares tips for taking photos of fireworks.
- 7:00pm: Secret Sunset location. Self-drive to sunset location. Maps will be provided at Bright Brewery from 7:00pm.
- 8.30pm: Fireworks photography. Meet at the Instameet space during the Bright Spring Festival Grand Fireworks Spectacular at the Bright Football Oval (Pioneer Park).
