Shuck yeah! Indulge in the depths of the sea with our Oyster Party Barrel Aged Oyster Baltic Porter. A collaborative masterpiece with Dangerous Ales in NSW, the Oyster Baltic Porter was originally brewed for our Darker Days Festival in June, with a portion kept aside to age in first-fill whisky barrels.

Brewed with 180 dozen fresh oysters (that’s 2160!), the result is a complex beer with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and umami oyster, all enhanced by the subtle influence of the oak for a smooth sailing experience.
