Affogato Stout

Featuring locally roasted coffee beans from our friends down the road Sixpence Coffee in Bright. Lactose and vanilla are layered in to recreate that unmistakable affogato character. Rich, sweet and beautifully roasty, it is easy to see why this beer has become such a fan favourite.

Salted Caramel Affogato Stout

We’ve taken our cult favourite coffee and vanilla stout, brewed with our mates at Sixpence Coffee, and dialled it up with a rich hit of salted caramel.

Stubborn Imperial Stout 2026

Like the mythical Alpine bear that adorns its label, this bold brew for 2026 is not to be taken lightly. Layered with rich expresso and dark chocolate, Stubborn is built for the long haul.

Leaf Peeper Red Rye IPA

When the autumn leaves start to change, all roads lead to Bright! Leaf Peeper Red Rye IPA is bursting with red malt, caramel sweetness, and shades of amber, like the the autumn foliage that makes Bright a leaf peepin’ mecca!

Fishing Friends Fresh Hop Hazy IPA

Together with our friends at Shelter Brewing Co we have brewed the perfect companion for those quiet moments on the water, whether you are chasing something in the salt or drifting a line through fresh alpine streams. More than just an excuse to gather, this hazy IPA was brewed with fresh hops picked only hours before the brew day from Hop Products Australia just down the road in North East Victoria.

Originally created in collaboration with the sinister hopped minds at Kaiju! Beer, our 2026 monster is a continuation of our annual fresh hop series, bursting with a monstrous blend of fresh-from-the-bine Luna®, Galaxy®, Vic Secret™ hops, thanks to our friends down the road at HPA. This hop creature will have you willingly sacrificing yourself for more.
