The Bright Brewery Group is on the hunt for a Venue Cleaner.

Purpose of Role

At Bright Brewery, we’re more than just a brewery. We’re a destination built around great beer, good food and memorable experiences in the heart of Victoria’s High Country.

We’re currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Venue Cleaner to help maintain the cleanliness, presentation and hygiene standards across our busy brewpub and venue spaces.

This role plays an important part in the overall guest experience and helps ensure our venue consistently reflects the standards our team and customers expect.

The Role

Working independently and as part of the broader venue team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across public, staff and operational areas of the venue.

The role suits someone who takes pride in their work, notices the small details and enjoys working in a structured, hands-on environment.

Working Hours

Casual or part-time role
Generally rostered early mornings or outside of standard trading hours
Approximately 2–4 shifts per week depending on venue requirements
Weekend and public holiday availability may be required

SKILLS REQUIRED

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
· Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
· Good understanding of safe cleaning practices and chemical handling
· Physically capable of manual cleaning tasks
· Previous cleaning or hospitality experience is highly regarded
