Bright Brewery Group is looking for an organised, energetic and motivated Marketing & Events Assistant to join our team in Bright.

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in marketing, communications, events, tourism or brand management. 

The Role

Working directly alongside our Marketing Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience across every part of our business including: 

Marketing campaigns
Digital marketing and e-commerce
Venue promotions and activations
Wholesale and trade marketing
Brewery production launches
Merchandise
Festivals and events
Sponsorships and partnerships  

No two days are the same. One day you could be coordinating a product launch, the next supporting a major festival, creating venue marketing collateral, managing merchandise stock, or helping execute a digital campaign.

Based in Bright, Victoria, this is a full-time role working Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional travel and weekend event work required.

What You Will Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of our marketing department, including: 
Marketing Administration & Coordination
Campaign & Brand Support 
Digital Marketing Support 
Wholesale & Trade Marketing 
Events & Activations
Merchandise 

About You

You don’t need years of experience. 

We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, strong organisational skills and a genuine interest in marketing and events. 

You’ll ideally have:
Excellent organisation and time management skills 
Strong attention to detail 
Great written and verbal communication skills 
A positive, proactive attitude 
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities 
Confidence working both independently and within a team 
Good Microsoft Office skills 
A current driver’s licence  

Bonus Points For: 

Marketing, business, tourism or communications studies 
Experience using Canva 
Hospitality, tourism or customer service experience 
Experience with social media or digital marketing 
An interest in events, craft beer, food, tourism or outdoor lifestyle brands
