We’re expanding: Brewery Door Shift Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brewery Door Shift Supervisor to join our team.
(Food & Beverage Attendant Level 4)
Purpose of Role
The Brewery Door Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading front line service operations during allocated shifts, ensuring a high-quality, efficient and engaging guest experience. The role provides day-to-day supervision of Brewery Door team members, maintains service standards, supports stock control and cash management processes, and ensures compliance with company policies, RSA requirements and operational procedures.
The Shift Supervisor acts as the senior operational team member on duty when venue management is not present and plays a key role in delivering Bright Brewery’s service standards and values. Based on duties outlined in the existing PD while aligning with the newer management and supervisory structure.
The Role
Reporting to the Bar Manager or Restaurant Manager, this full time role is based at our Brewpub in Bright, VIC and offers a genuine work-life balance in a stunning alpine location. It includes work on weekends, evenings and public holidays.

Essential:
Current RSA Certificate.
Minimum 18 years of age.
Previous hospitality, bar or restaurant experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to supervise and support team members.
Cash handling and POS experience.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Highly Desirable:
Previous supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of beer, wine and hospitality service.
Experience with stock control and inventory management.
Ability to train and mentor team members.
Flexible availability across trading periods.
