Let’s raise a glass of Fred’s to International Women’s Day 2025!
Join us at Bright Brewery for a beautiful lunch to celebrate International Women’s Day 2025 and for the launch of our new, female-led beer – Fred’s Trail Blazer Motueka IPA.
Created & brewed by the women of Bright Brewery – led by our brewers Madi Bruce and Claire Lock – Fred’s is named in honour of our pioneering founder, the late Fiona ‘Fred’ Reddaway.
This relaxed afternoon at Bright Brewery features:
- A beautiful, 2-course lunch menu of seasonal local produce created by Bright Brewery Head Chef Jarrod Smith and team
- Prosecco on arrival
- Live music by Liv Cartledge
- A can of Fred’s Motueka IPA
- Guest speakers
- Door prizes
- Drinks, mingling & socialising
Date/Time: Thursday, March 6 from 12pm-2:30pm. Please arrive at 12pm for 12.30pm lunch.
Dress: From casual to cocktail – whatever takes your fancy!
Merchandise and Fred’s Trail Blazer Motueka IPA will be available to purchase on the day.
This event is open to everyone but will focus on celebrating women.

Part-proceeds from every Fred’s Trail Blazer Motueka IPA sold goes to Pink Boots Society Australia.
Pink Boots Society aims to ASSIST, INSPIRE, & ENCOURAGE women and non-binary individuals in the fermented/alcoholic beverage industry through EDUCATION.
