Designed in collaboration with Carwyn Cellars, Le Monstres Du Chateu is a project showcasing the true expression of barrel aging through 6 different and distinct French barrels sourced 16,913 kms away from our home in Bright.

Release #2 Rum and Banana Brandy Blend Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
Release #2 of our series is a masterful blend of Rum and Banana brandy. Indulge in sweeter notes with hints of candied banana, burnt caramel, and subtle coconut undertones. This imperial stout is so delicious it could awaken the dead from their slumber!
