An AI-driven masterpiece that transcends convention, MechaRoo Yuzu Sour Hazy IPA has a zesty citrus blast of mandarin and yuzu up front, with a thick hazy, hop-forward body.

The anime-inspired design is by Clint Weaver of Pocketbeagles.

Brewer’s Tasting Notes: “A hazy, golden-hued beer with a vibrant aroma of ripe citrus, particularly yuzu. The taste is a delightful balance of tart and sweet, with a clean lactic acidity that brightens the palate. A subtle bitterness from the hops adds complexity, while the dry hop character provides a tropical, fruity finish. This beer is a refreshing and unique take on the hazy IPA style.”
