Brewer Tasting Notes: “Aged for five months in fresh Starward whisky barrels, this Imperial Ale is unapologetically big and bold. Rich layers of caramel, toffee and dark raisin lead the way, followed by notes of ripe cherry, sherry and Shiraz-like dark fruit complexity. The fresh whisky barrels contribute smooth vanilla, warming spirit character and toasted oak, creating a luxurious, full-bodied beer with remarkable depth.”
