From the golden sands of Oceanside, California, to the hop fields lining the rivers of Northeast Victoria, Greetings from Cali is our international collaboration for our 2025 Fresh Hop Beer Series.

Brewed with the legends at South O Brewing (USA), this fresh hop Cold XPA is as crisp as the air in Yosemite, as pure as the waters of Lake Tahoe, and as refreshing as a midwinter dip  in Lake Buffalo. Using Galaxy, Ella and Eclipse hops straight from the bine this beer is worth the 16 hour flight.

Brewer’s Tasting Notes: “A bright, refreshing Cold XPA showcasing Aussie hop heroes Galaxy, Ella and Eclipse. On the nose, expect a burst of pineapple, melon and tropical fruit. The palate delivers soft sweetness from wheat malt, balanced by a clean, crisp lager-like yeast profile. Yeast-driven esters add subtle complexity, tying it all together with a smooth, dry finish. Like sunshine in a can – Cali vibes, alpine crispness.”
