Winter hits different here in Bright..

It does not just get cold, it gets frosty. The kind of cold that bites at your cheeks, hangs thick in the morning air, and crunches beneath your feet with every step.

Around here though, we live for it. The first frost of the season is not something to endure, it is something to celebrate. a sure sign that winter has arrived in our alpine home.

Inspired by those icy mornings and our love for the darker side of sour beer, we brewed First Frost, a rich dark cherry sour layered with vibrant tartness, deep fruit character and a smooth, moody finish. The perfect beer for those who thrive in the cold and dark.

Brewer’s Tasting Notes: “Don’t let the dark colour fool you. Beneath the inky black pour lies a surprisingly clean and easy-drinking beer, featuring soft chocolate aromas and vibrant cherry character from real cherry purée. Balanced tartness adds lift without excessive sourness, while gentle notes of roast, cocoa and dark berries create depth. Think milk and dark chocolate infused with candied cherries for a rich yet refreshing finish.
