There’s no hibernation for Mushroom Bear! As Autumn winds down for Winter and most bears begin to get sleepy, Bright Brewery’s Mushroom Bear is just warming up! This dark and decadent imperial stout is brewed with locally-foraged ‘shrooms with a deep umami flavour and an earthy, forest-kissed essence.

Brewer’s Tasting Notes:
In this brew, you’ll discover prominent flavours of heavy molasses and caramelised sugar that dominate the body. Its texture is thick, lending a satisfying mouthfeel. Upon sipping, you’ll also notice subtle but easily distinguishable umami and earthy notes, adding depth to the overall experience. A delightful and rich combination that’s sure to please your taste buds.
