Inspired by a traditional lemon poppyseed cake and brewed with Australian native botanicals. 
Sweet and sour combine in the best possible way for an intense flavour experience. Big flavours abound, with a huge hit of zesty lemon myrtle and nutty wattleseed, balanced by a hefty dose of sweetness.

Brewer’s notes: This beer features a bold sweet and sour flavour with native lemon myrtle and wattleseed spices. Hazy yellow colour with sweet lemon aroma. Quite sour but with a mild sweetness for balance. Lemon flavour with subtle nutty finish.
