This 2023 release Stubborn Imperial Stout Whisky (Batch 2) was crafted in collaboration with Backwoods Distilling Co. and features Bright Brewery’s 2020 Stubborn Imperial Stout aged in a single cask of American Oak.

With its enticing nose, delectable taste of caramel, toffee apple, and chocolate fudge, and a finish that is both rich and full-bodied, this whisky offers a truly exceptional drinking experience.

Brewed by the masters at Bright Brewery and distilled by our friends at Backwoods Distilling Yackandandah, this is a super limited-release, not to be missed!

ABV: 46.0% | Approx. 18 std drinks

Ingredients: Distilled from a mash of malted barley, hops and yeast.
Aged in: American Oak
