Inspired by the classic cocktail, Whiskey Old-Fashioned, we brewed a strong amber ale, blended in a portion of whiskey barrel-aged beer, and topped off with bitters, orange peel, and a special addition of cascara—the outer husk of the coffee cherry.

Brewer’s notes: Expect aromas of whiskey, orange peel, and dark fruit, with a rich, full body and complex flavour of chocolate, citrus, oak, and sweet malt finish
