What is Bright Beer Mail?

Bright Beer Mail is Bright Brewery’s new-and-improved beer subscription service-evolved from Mash Club and designed to be simpler, fresher, and more flexible.

With Bright Beer Mail, you choose from a range of flavour-packed beer packs and have them delivered straight to your door on a schedule that suits you. No guesswork, no lock‑ins-just great beer, sent regularly.

What’s happening to Mash Club?

Mash Club is officially being retired and relaunched as Bright Beer Mail.

April 30, 2026 is the final day Mash Club orders will be processed (regardless of your usual renewal date).
From May 1, 2026, all Mash Club products will be removed from accounts.
To keep receiving beer, you’ll need to log in and select a Bright Beer Mail pack from May 1.

👉 If you don’t select a new pack, you won’t receive beer!

What Bright Beer Mail packs can I choose from and how do much they cost?

We’ve streamlined the Bright Beer Mail subscription to five simple offerings:

The Fridge Filler (24-pack of mixed core-range favourites)
$110 (inc. freight)

The Adventurer (8-pack of NEW releases only)
$70 (inc. freight)

The Best of Both Worlds (16-pack: new releases + core favourites)
$100 (inc. freight)

The Gifter (8-pack rotating variety mix)
$50 (inc. freight)

The Usual (A straight case of your chosen core beer (24 pack)
Enjoy a flat 10% discount on the listed case price (freight additional)

The prices remain the same regardless of the delivery schedule that you choose.

Why the change?

We wanted to make the experience clearer, more flexible, and easier to choose. Bright Beer Mail puts you in control with:
-Clear pack options
-New-release focused choices
-Straightforward pricing (shipping included for mixed pack options)
-Flexible delivery intervals

How often can I get beer delivered?

From May 1, Bright Beer Mail packs are available on 1, 2, 3 or 4 month delivery cycles.

Choose what works best for your fridge (and your calendar).

How much does shipping cost?

All mixed Bright Beer Mail pack prices include freight (excluding The Usual product).
WA/NT: At cost (sorry!). Please contact us for a freight quote.

Can I swap or change my pack later?

Absolutely. You can:
Log in to your account and manage your subscription, or
Email us at digital@brightbrewery.com.au, and we’ll help you out.

Can I choose exactly what beers go in my box?

Unfortunately, you can’t select the exact beers in your Bright Beer Mail pack. Each pack is thoughtfully curated by our brewers based on its theme-whether that’s core favourites, brand‑new releases, or a mix of both. With multiple pack options, sizes, and beer styles available, there’s something to suit every kind of beer lover so you’re sure to find a pack you’ll love.

When will my subscription payment be processed?

For new members, your subscription starts on the day you place your Bright Beer Mail order and will automatically renew on that same day of the month, based on the delivery frequency you’ve selected.

For existing Mash Club members, from May 1 you’ll need to log in to your account and reset your payment schedule and delivery frequency to begin your Bright Beer Mail subscription.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There are no lock‑in contracts and no cancellation fees.
You can pause or cancel anytime via your account.

Will I get a discount for switching to Bright Beer Mail?

Yes!
As a thank you for choosing your new Bright Beer Mail pack, you’ll receive an extra 10% off your first Bright Beer Mail order once you’ve opted in. We’ll email you your code to redeem at checkout.

What other perks do I get with Bright Beer Mail?

Bright Beer Mail members get more than just great beer delivered. Your subscription also includes a growing list of exclusive perks, such as:

-10% off any additional online beer purchases
-Exclusive presale access to new beer releases every month
-10% off food, beverages, and merch at the Bright Brewery Brewpub
-Discounted tickets to major Bright Brewery events
-Plus more member-only perks to be announced

When do I need to take action?

April 30 – Final day Mash Club orders will be processed
May 1 – Bright Beer Mail packs go live
From May 1, you must log in and select a new pack and your delivery frequency

If you don’t choose a Bright Beer Mail pack, your subscription will not continue.
