Bright Lager is as fresh and natural as the mountain town of Bright, where it’s brewed.
In fact, Bright Lager features grain that’s grown on a farm just down the road, and hops from our own Alpine Valleys. We’ve carefully selected the lager yeast strain to complement the hops and give this beer a subtle honey aroma with a hint of apple.
With no artificial additives, this beer will leave you feeling great. Bright Lager is so drinkable it should probably come with a warning.

The Belgian-style Razor Witbier is brewed using unmalted triticale wheat grown nearby in the Ovens Valley, at the base of Mount Buffalo. It has a light refreshing flavour with hints of coriander.
